I trust Mark. That's the most important thing. Yes, he's efficient and great at his job but, most importantly, he has earned my trust. I know he's going to take great care of my car, my time, and my wallet. One of my favorite moments in the time I've been going to him is when he would not repair my car anymore, he would not let me waste any more money on it. He could've made a buck - quite a few actually - but that's not in his character. He then helped advise me on my next car. Highly recommend.

I will NEVER go anywhere else for service! Mark has helped to keep my Toyota Sienna Minivan running for over 200,000 miles....and it is still going strong! He will now be servicing our recently purchased previously owned Highlander. During a pre-purchase inspection, he found some issues that the dealership didn't disclose (such as a previous accident and bad shocks). I was able to use his findings to go back to the dealership and have them fix the problems! He is so honest.....I will never get go anywhere else.
